Marquee
wedding catering specialists
We
specialise in the catering for weddings held in marquees and other
venues. We are wedding caterers that will work closely with your
marquee provider to ensure that everything works to plan. Our
experience enables us to maintain high quality standards within the
restricted catering environment of a marquee which we can support with
our own mobile refrigerated unit as well as utilising nearby home
kitchens. We can cater from 1 to 500 or more guests.
We have built up good relationships with excellent marquee providers,
florists, furniture, linen hire, kitchen equipment, wine merchants, ice
providers and event managers and if you need us to, are happy to highly
recommend a team that we have complete confidence in. We are also happy
to work with your own chosen suppliers too.

help you
make the right decision about who you want to use, we will
come and visit you at your wedding venue and explore exactly what is
most important to you. Our aim is to offer you an opportunity to share
your vision with us and then to discuss how we can help you achieve

Following our initial visit, we will follow up with a proposal
detailing your full requirements. At that stage if you decide to go
ahead with us you will need to confirm your booking with a deposit.
Complementary
food tasting
To
make absolutely sure that your guests will love the food, we give
you and three others a chance to sample dishes from the menu before you
make your final menu selection. We can create a varied menu that
accommodates the majority of dietary requirements. We will not require
you to make your
final menu choices until three to four months beforehand.

Our
skilled wine merchant will recommend the perfect wine list to
compliment your chosen dishes or if you prefer you can provide your own
selection of wines and there will be no corkage charge.

look after you all way through

relax and enjoy the run up to the BIG day knowing that we are
in complete control of your catering arrangements. We take care of all
the detail allowing you to concentrate on looking forward to what
promises to be one of the most important days of your life.

cannot thank you enough for the amazing canapés and
meal
you produced on Saturday. The food was exquisitely presented and
everything was delicious. The waiting staff were efficient, unobtrusive
and very friendly. How all this was achieved in a marquee, I
