Fish:
Monkfish and SeaBass are both at their best in the cold months. Do make
sure that you do not over cook them. Sea Bass goes well with fennel,
garlic, olive oil and butter, either poached, steamed or roasted. One
of our favourites is Sea Bass with spring onion and ginger, try it for
a treat at your local Chinese restaurant....yummy.
Vegetables

Kale, try pan frying for a different crispy veg, parsnips, pumpkins and
of course brussel sprouts.
